10-31-09 @ 8:06am American Hose along with South Ward, Tamaqua EMS and Tamaqua Ladder were dispatched to assist Tuscarora Fire Co. on a working structure fire at 315 Mulberry St in Tuscarora. Many other surrounding companies also assisted in the effort to save the dwelling. Fire was brought under control quickly and firefighters remained on scene for a few hours.
12-23-09 @ 1:12pm all 4 Tamaqua Fire Companies along with the Tamaqua Rescue and Tamaqua Ambulance and many surrounding departments were called to a working structure fire at 226 Washington St. Upon arrival there was heavy smoke showing to a 3 story single family dwelling. The house is a total lose displaced a family of 10. The Salvation Army is helping the family.

3-4-10 at 8:57pm American Hose along with Tamaqua rescue, Citizens Fire, Tamaqua Ambulance and Tamaqua Fire police responded to an accident call at 260 Owl Creek road. Upon arrival, one vehicle rolled over and came to rest on it wheels, the driver was taken to saint Luke Hospital and the other two passengers were not injured seen was cleared at 9:50pm
