Schuylkill County Fireman's Convention Returns to Tamaqua in 2009
The parade date has been set for Sat. August 29, 2009, and will follow the flow of the last County Convention in 1999.
Fundraising efforts have been ongoing for two years with the daily number calendar. Committees have now been formed
and in place. The committees are currently at work. Our efforts will now be focused on getting sponsorships from businesses
and organizations for bands, as well as attending to final details. If there is anyone who wishes to help in any way, our next
meeting is Tuesday November 13th at 7:00 PM at the American Hose. It may seem like a long time away, but help will definitely
